I personally love reading peoples end of year blog posts so I thought I’d do one.
Last year, I wrote one about how I glad I was for 2014 to be over.
2014 wasn’t the best year I’ve ever had – I mean it wasn’t the worst, nothing incredibly bad happened, but it wasn’t one that was filled with anything particularly amazing, apart from my little blogging space of course.
However 2015 has been the happiest year I’ve ever had.
Of course no one is happy 24/7 – and I, by no means, have been. I’m a very emotional person anyway so I’m never going to be constantly happen, like anyone really. But, for the most if it, it’s been great.
My boyfriend is one of the reasons to thank. Although we were together in 2014, we weren’t for much of it, so this year really has been special, with lots of amazing trips and lots more booked for 2016, he has brought light to my life and for that I am very thankful.
But of course, never let a man be your main source of happiness! My blog has also brought me inexplicable amounts of joy, growing more than I could ever have dreamt of. I’ve worked with some incredible brands who I’m so happy to have met. A special mention to all the lovely ladies I’ve been involved with at Sienna X, Cocoa Brown, Clarins, Lipsy, Ann Summers, Mimi Holliday, Nathalie Bond Organics, The Body Shop, Barry M, Soletrader, and so many more. It’s been an honour to work with brands I could only have dreamt of a year, or even a matter of months ago.
I also became an agony aunt for Chimnee. For those of you who don’t know, it’s an app where you can send in as many questions as you like every single day 24/7 totally anonymously and receive advice from absolutely anyone, including myself. I absolutely love it and I’m so grateful for the opportunity.
My family and my friends too, of course, are responsible for making my year as special as it has been. My parents, especially my mum who will probably be reading this right now (I see you mum), thank you for always being my biggest supporter and my biggest critic.
I cannot wait for 2016, I really can’t. I have so many special holidays, trips away, and blogging related things planned for the upcoming year and I’m sure many more incredible things that I don’t yet know about!
Most of all, the people I really want to thank are all of my followers and readers. Whoever you are, reading this right now, you are the reason that I’ve been lucky enough to get my blog to where it is, and for it to be forever growing. Each and every view, each and every follower, you all make me so happy and feel so proud that you want to read what I have to say. Even though I don’t know you, I love you, I truly do!
Thank you all for being so supportive of me in 2015, and I hope you stick around for 2016, and way after that too!
I hope you have all had an amazing 2015, an amazing Christmas, and have an amazing New Year. I wish each and every single one of you love, luck, happiness and health.
All my love BGP xx
