Beauty Gift Guide | Christmas 2017

Hi everyone!

I hope you’re all well.

Today is a very exciting blog because it’s my first Christmas one of the year, it’s my first Gift Guide, and it’s one of the best ones because it’s full of all the best beauty bits I could get my hands on, for all budgets.

Okay so, just a quick explanation; I’ve got 4 Gift Guides going up this year; Beauty, Stocking Fillers, Gift Guide For Her, and Gift Guide For Him. I am still frantically finding the last bits for the other 3, and organising those, so they will all go up within the next few weeks, however today, you have one that solely concentrates on Beauty. I’ve created this guide as a source of inspiration for what to get the Beauty lover in your life this Christmas.

There is a couple of little bath and body kinda bits going into my Gift Guide For Her, however I had so much Beauty stuff I wanted to include, I decided to do an entirely separate Gift Guide. Also, if you’re interested in the decorations I’ve used, you can get the rose gold fairy lights here and the red berries here. Also, if you click the names of any of the products below, it’ll take you to where you can buy them.

So, onto the main event!

Too Faced Limited Edition Melted Matte in ‘Gingerbread’ – The Too Faced Melted Matte’s are some of the best liquid lipsticks on the market in my opinion, so why not treat yourself or the makeup lover in your life to a limited edition Christmas Melted Matte – in Gingerbread (which also tastes like it – I’ve just tried it and it tastes like a bakery), which is the most beautiful burnt orange/red shade.

Lord & Berry Couture Addict Matte Lip Crayon Kit – If someone in your life is a nude lip lover, but you’re not exactly sure which shade to go for, this is for them. It comes with 4 different nude/pink lip crayons, so there’s definitely something for everyones taste.

Too Faced Deluxe Better Than Sex Ornament Mascara – One of the most popular mascaras of all time, the iconic Too Faced Better Than Sex, in a cute little trinket; this is a lovely little gift to get for someone when you don’t want to spend too much, but still want to get something pretty and that they will love.

Sleek Makeup i-Lust Eyeshadow Palette in ‘Into the Night – Silver’ – I can’t find this one online but it will be in Superdrug/Boots if you did want to get it. A perfect palette for all the Christmas parties and New Years Eve celebrations coming up, and again, brilliant if you’re not wanting to spend much as it’s a bargain.

nügg Cleanse, Exfoliate, Soothe & Hydrate Face Mask Trial Kit – For me, this is a perfect gift for any skincare or beauty lover, or even anyone who enjoys looking after their skin, and having a pamper evening. You don’t necessarily know what someones skin type is, or what their skin problems are, so this is a really good gift as it covers all bases and potential skin complaints.

Emma Hardie Merrily Moringa – Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm is my all time favourite cleanser, I absolutely adore it, so this little Christmas release excites me very much. It’s a smaller version of the Moringa Cleansing Balm, with the muslin cloth included, and it’s the perfect gift for any skincare lover. If, for example, your mum isn’t very into skincare but you want to get her something to take care of her skin, this would be perfect. It smells amazing and is so soft on the skin, and leaves it feeling incredible.

Tangle Angel Pro Compact in ‘Titanium’ – Tangle Angel literally do the most aesthetically pleasing brushes ever; for your friend who always has knotty hair (I am that friend who always has knotty hair) this would be a perfect little gift. This also comes in pink, and it’s so easy to just shove in your handbag everyday.

Being By Sanctuary So Sassy Bauble – Again, a bargain and perfect present if you don’t want to spend a lot but still want to get someone something nice and pampering. This contains a body wash and lip balm in the Chilli Mango & Tonka Bean scent and it smells divine. They have quite a few bits in the range in this scent to choose from too.

Barry M Palettes in Crown JewelsMeteor Storm and Fall In Love – Again, cheap as chips and a palette for every different style and taste; these are so pretty and compact and the last one would make a perfect gift for someone who’s just starting out with makeup too.

Tangle Angel Pro in Rose Gold – This is the full size version of the Compact one I showed you earlier, and it’s so gorgeous, in the most beautiful rose gold colour. I can’t imagine any hair product lover who wouldn’t love to open this on Christmas Day.

Laura Geller The Starlet Collection Baked Eyeshadow Books – Apologies, I can’t find these online yet but I believe Debenhams will be stocking them, and I will let you know when I can find them online!

These is a gift for when you’re willing to spend a little bit more, and really wanna treat the beauty lover in your life, because you could literally create every possible eye look with this book of palettes.

The colours are so intense and beautiful, and Laura Geller products are always brilliant quality, so anyone who gets this on Christmas day is seriously lucky!

Sanctuary Spa Good Enough To Treat – Isn’t this the prettiest gift ever? Who wouldn’t want to receive this? I love that the jar is so pretty and you could use it for so many different things afterwards.

It contains White Lily & Damask Rose Body Wash, White Lily & Damask Rose Body Butter, White Lily & Damask Rose Body Scrub, Body Moisture Spray, Hand Cream, Moisture Burst Facial Scrub, and a Body Puff.

Too Faced Pretty Little Planner – Who wouldn’t want to open this on Christmas day?! What a cute little gift! I’m obsessed with this – it comes in a zip up case, with a planner/diary, eyeshadow palette and a Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara. The colours in this palette look so lovely and pigmented too, and I love the packaging and presentation of everything.

St Tropez Bronzing Mousse and St Tropez Instant Tan Finishing Gloss – For any fake tan lovers in your life, St Tropez is the ultimate brand to head to if you want to treat someone. I love both of these products, and I think the Tan Finishing Gloss is an especially brilliant gift for someone at Christmas, as it adds a bit of glamour and sparkle to someones look when they have glossy, bronzed looking skin.

Pür Vanity Palette Eyes & Cheeks in ‘Goal Digger’ – A perfect gift for someone who’s on the go a lot, as this contains eyeshadow, powder, bronzer and blusher and has a mirror, so if you’ve got a friend who’s a beauty lover and commutes everyday, this could be a perfect present for them.

Being by Sanctuary Spa Cup Gift Set – Sorry, I can’t find this online but Boots stock all the Sanctuary gifts every year so they will definitely have this too! Another cute gift with a cup and straw you can continue using after, that contains a load of their Salted Caramel & Macadamia goodies.

Sanctuary Spa Pamper Cracker – If there’s one thing I absolutely bloody love, it’s a beauty Christmas cracker, and this is no exception. It contains Luxury Bath Float, Salt Scrub Sachet, Hand Cream, 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask, Heel Balm, Nail File and Toe Dividers, basically everything you need for a pamper night in.

A really good price for everything you get too, and it would make a lovely and well thought out gift for someone who you think needs a nice night in!

Sleek Makeup Pout 4 Perfection Gift Set – I can only find this online in America at the moment, but again, Boots and Superdrug will be stocking this, it’s in Superdrug for definite because I’ve seen it in there. It contains their famous Solstice Highlighting Palette that I’m yet to try and can’t wait to, and their Matte Me Metallic in shade Roman Copper – it looks gorgeous and I cannot wait to give it a go.

Inglot Freedom System Flexi Eco Palette – I’ve heard amazing things about Inglot for years and never actually tried them! They’ve introduced these environmentally friendly palettes for you to be able to keep Inglot eyeshadows, powders etc in, so this is my little set up! It would make a really cute gift for someone because you could create your own palette for them and choose colours you think they’d like.

Coconut Lane Marble Make Up Brush Set – How pretty is this then?! It’s so handy to travel with too as the brushes can all be kept in that fasten up pot, which you can then leave them in, and have sitting on your dressing table. I’m going to take this away with me next week and pop my other makeup brushes in it too! You can get 20% off this and anything else at Coconut Lane with code BRIGHTON20 by the way – I think this would make the loveliest gift because we all love marble.

Magnitone London Bare Faced Daily Cleansing Brush – A bit more of a pricier gift, but the sort of thing that someone would literally be over the moon getting. The Magnitone brushes are really amazing to have in your skincarer routine, they cleanse, tone and condition your skin, and I need to start using my one more often!

I think that this would be a really lovely gift to get your mum if she likes skincare, or anyone really – they have amazing reviews so I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

SO…that is the end of my Beauty Gift Guide! I hope you enjoyed it and that it gave you some inspiration for the beauty lover in your life.

Speak soon.

All my love BGP xx
