Some of The Best Brighton Takeaways with Dinner2Go | AD

(This blog post is a paid partnership with Dinner2Go)

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well!

I love a takeaway; maybe that isn’t the healthiest statement I’ve ever made but as I’ve gotten older, venturing out (especially when a Winter hits in the UK) is not high on my list of things I wish to do in the evening at the best of times. I also love cooking at home, but sometimes…well, a takeaway has got to be done.

Dinner2Go delivers from Shoreham, to Falmer, to Peacehaven – pretty much all across the Brighton area. They have a HUGE selection of restaurants and cafes on their books, and I wanted to share a few of my top picks…

Pompoko

So, Pompoko is a real nostalgic one for me; because of its low prices and central location, when I was a teenager growing up in Brighton I used to go there all the time and sit and eat my food in Pavillion Gardens. Years on, I still adore their food and it just seems to get better and better. The restaurant itself is pretty small, and as I said when it’s getting colder outside you may not want to head outside, so eating their delicious, authentic Japanese food in the comfort of your own home is the obvious choice!

I’ve loved this place for well over a decade and will for decades to come.

Simit Palace

Reasonably new to Brighton, the bakery cafe is full of some unbelievable baked goods. The smell in there is out of this world – I’m tempted to order it to my house on a daily basis in the hope it lingers for the foreseeable future!

The coffees are fantastic (I’m not a coffee drinker myself but my coffee obsessed boyfriend gave it the seal of approval) and the cakes are something I can only dream of being able to make look that aesthetically pleasing!

Burger Off

I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad word said about Burger Off; that’s not an exaggeration. It’s five star rated wherever I turn and sometimes you’re in a mood that only a burger will solve.

There’s fast food chain burgers that are all well and good, and then there’s Burger Off – put it high on your winter warmer list! I’ve heard it called ‘the best burger in Brighton’ more times than I can count.

Orsino

Pizza solves everything – don’t fight me on this, it honestly does, especially when it’s made at an authentic Italian.

Hove is home to some brilliant restaurants which is one of the reasons I love Dinner2Go so much because they reach such a big distance, so you don’t get to miss our on some absolute gems.

If you want to have a look at a full list of restaurants and cafes they cover, you can have a look at dinner2go.co.uk
